General Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for in-stock products or group buy products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

       The product arrived damaged during shipping

       The product is defective or materially different from its description

       You received an incorrect item

For these exceptions, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements for Exceptions

To qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, the following conditions must be met:

       The product must be in its original packaging

       The product must be unused and in resalable condition (unless defective or damaged)

       A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return under an approved exception, please contact us at support@saberkeebs.com. Our team will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to reject refund requests for products that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging or show signs of use beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that a transaction fee of 5% of the original order total will be deducted from your refund amount. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
