Shipping policy

Saberkeebs strives to provide excellent customer service for all customers. 

Shipping

All orders for our products that are in stock are processed and shipping within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped during holidays. If we are experiencing high volume of orders then shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Saberkeebs uses USPS for the majority of orders, USPS is sometimes delayed with scanning packages and delays are occasionally noticed during the first few days of transit. Please allow a few extra days if you see no progress for your package. If its been a significant delay in your shipment please reach out to us via email so we can look into your order. 

Pre-orders

Some items sold via Saberkeebs are available for pre-order. These items are not manufactured yet and will only be produced after the pre-order period has ended. An estimated time of arrive and timeline will be posted to each product page. This estimate is the products arrival to Saberkeebs, once received we will ship orders as soon as possible, depending on location some items may take longer to arrive. 

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. However, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via e-mail if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost and/or stolen packages

Saberkeebs is not to be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible and report the problem to the local authorities.

Return requests

Saberkeebs allows you to return the bought product(s) within a period of fourteen days after delivery. Kindly be advised that the product(s) should be returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
